Michael Shields Box 171 Magadan, Russia 685000 The Archdiocese of Anchorage provides stewardship support to the Mission to Magadan.  All donations are processed through Anchorage to provide a safe and secure way to support ministries in Far East Russia. Beginning Anew in 2017 Part 2  Fr. Mike with many of our youth at the first ever youth retreat, taking a break for a group selfie and some fun in the snow.    Over the children's winter break we held our annual Vacation Bible School for the children of Magadan and again more children have opened their hearts to our Lord. We have eaten, prayed, played and learned about the love of our Lord this year. In addition to VBS ,we have started a new tradition of a Youth Retreat for the teenagers of our parish; can you believe how our children have grown? We could not believe how time has passed by so quickly but now our children are our youth and it was time we held an event for their continued love of Christ. We visited Fr. Mike's Poustina, gave potatoes and other food to the poor, prayed and discerned greatly about His mercy and our Acts of Mercy for others.   Continue Reading here...   Donate with Vitamins today!  Dear Mission to Magadan Friends, Last year we asked for vitamins for our children, our moms and dads. You so generously responded that we had a years supply! Now that our supply is gone we are asking our friends to once again make a donation of vitamins.    Soft chewables for children (i.e. gummy bear vitamins) andgeneric multi vitamins for our moms and dads. Again we want just good multi vitamins for men or women and chewables for our children.     Please send vitamins to: Fr. Michael Shields Box 171 Magadan, Russia 685000    You don't need to send a large box, just a few bottles so the cost of sending is less as well. I bless you for your faithfulness to us and our needs.
