December 7th - Second Sunday of Advent
Today we light the second candle of the
Advent wreath. With this candle we pray that the light of Christ will shine
through us to everyone we meet.

Family is a special part of Christmas.
May those who are away from their families feel the presence of God, and may

His actions that everyone is a beloved child of God. Pray that God will bless

Our Lady of Guadalupe offered Juan Diego
miraculous roses in winter as a sign of her love for all people. May she
protect and bless us as we celebrate her feast today.

shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel, which
means 'God is with us.'"
